Attention LibraryElf and MORE Online Catalog users

Users of LibraryElf have noticed some issues over the last few weeks. Item-Level holds (particularly travel guides, test prep, magazines, and other multi-volume holds) appear as "Ready For Pick-Up", when the item hasn't been put into transit yet, or was just put into transit.

This is happening because LibraryElf is misinterpreting the item being "available" as being "ready". LibraryElf has been contacted and the problem is correctable, but it hasn't happened as of yet. Please keep in mind that the MORE Catalog account information is correct and up-to-date, so if you're seeing a conflicting notice, please refer to your regular account or just give us a call to verify.

Users of the MORE online catalog will notice a  new "On the Shelf" feature within the NoveList Select that appears at the bottom of item records. This feature displays real-time availability of titles and recommended read-a-likes. What does this mean for you? When you find a title in the NoveList Recommendations that sounds interesting, you will know right away if the title is available and under which formats (Large Print, Audio, eBook, etc). This should be a great time saver!
